**Return and Refund Policy**
At Shrubees, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
**1. Return Policy: You have 07 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.**
**2. Refund Policy: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 03-05 amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.**
**3. Shipping: You don't have to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are borne by us and our logistic partner shall pickup the product from your place.**

** 5. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. If you cancel your order after 24 hours, your order cannot be canceled as it may have already been processed. However, you can still return the product following the return policy.**
**6. Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at shrubees@gmail.com. We will provide a replacement or refund as needed.**

Return Process: To return an item, please follow these steps: Please email us at shrubees@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, carefully package the item(s) and keep them ready. We shall arrange to pickup the product from your place on priority.Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.**
**8. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your product for another, please email us at shrubees@gmail.com within 07 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and place a new order.**
**9. Conditions of Return: Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. Items must be returned in the original packaging. If the return does not meet the conditions outlined, the refund may be rejected, and the item returned to you.**
