At Shrubees, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Our Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of your orders.
**1. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.**
**2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer shipping to addresses within India only. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.**
**3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation notification once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.**
**4. Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
**5. Shipping Providers: We use reliable shipping partner Shiprocket for delivery and pickup. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or peak holiday periods. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.**
**6. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within India.**
**7. Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.**
**8. International Shipping: For international orders, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.**
**9. Lost or Stolen Packages: Shrubee's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information.**
**10. Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately at shrubees@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.**
